Detailed Daywise Itinerary
Day 1 : 1st Day Sundarban
8:00 AM :- Pick up from Indian Museum (Park Street Metro) at 8:00 AM. Second pickup from P.C. Chandra Garden, Science City at 8:30 AM. Depart by AC vehicle.
9:00 AM :- Three-and-a-half hour scenic drive to Godkhali with breakfast & tea break en route.
2:30 PM :- Arrive at the hotel – located opposite the Sundarban Tiger Reserve, surrounded by forests, village life & river breeze.
4:00 PM :- Introductory boat ride to the Sundarban Bird Jungle with a mesmerizing sunset view. Return to hotel by 6 PM.
7:00 PM :- Local folk dance performance with complimentary snacks, tea & coffee.
8:00 PM :- Campfire & music (winter season only).
10:00 PM :- Dinner & overnight stay at deluxe hotel.
Day 2 : 2nd Day Sundarban
8:00 AM :- Morning departure for full-day Sundarban delta safari by boat.
8:30 AM :- Jungle safari begins at Sajnekhali Tiger Reserve with certified government tourist guide.
9:30 AM :- Thrilling boat safari through rivers, islands & narrow creeks – Pirkhali, Banbibi Varani, Sundarkhali, Khonakhali, Choragaji, Deualvarani, Sarakkhali, Gazikhali, Nobanki. Visit Sudhanyakhali Watchtower – prime tiger territory for spotting deer, crocodiles, wild boar, snakes, monitor lizards, exotic birds & the Royal Bengal Tiger.
12:30 PM :- Dobanki Tiger Reserve – walk the famous 896-meter canopy walk through a netted treetop enclosure.
1:30 PM :- Visit Panchamukhni – the spectacular 5-river junction.
5:00 PM :- Return to Pakhirala after the exhilarating safari.
10:00 PM :- Dinner at hotel.
Day 3 : 3rd Day Sundarban
9:30 AM :- Breakfast, then local village walk – experience authentic Sundarban village life. Visit Hamilton Bungalow & Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow.
12:00 PM :- Transfer by boat to reach the vehicle. Lunch provided on the way back.
4:00 – 5:00 PM :- Arrive back in Kolkata.
